@fifthposition You’re right I think a treadmill desk would solve the problem. Maybe one day if when I have a home office I can try it out.

Do anti-fatigue mats really help when using a standing desk? I haven’t sat at my desk in over a month and I’m experiencing some stiffness in my achilles tendons and shins.
