New personal best: 105 Floors

@gadgetcoma Though, I probably wasn’t experienced enough to distinguish good pain from bad.

@gadgetcoma I had a very painful experience in high school that goes contrary to that notion 🙂 My coach: “Just run through the pain.” Me: “Okay, I can do this….” – Halfway through the 4×800 relay, my fibula snaps in two.

My wife takes it as an ominous sign that they have started selling snow shovels at Kroger.

@chris_waters Congrats!

Our new daycare/preschool here in VA is super serious about hand washing. I can already tell it’s made a huge difference toward keeping our home free from the sniffles and sneezes.
