@blackfog There’s a chance we could have gone to another state, I’m not sure. But at this point we can’t transport her… too risky.

Lots of suggestions for a GoFundMe. I’d feel really weird about doing that. Maybe I’ll consider it after we have the final bill.

If you’re sitting in a hospital and you ask how much a particular procedure will cost, they just look at you like you’re CRAZY.

That’s peanuts compared to this next kid. $500k? $1mil? I dunno, no one at the hospital can tell me.

Our 2nd son stayed in the NICU for 17 days when he was born. The bill was $150,000 before insurance adjustments.
