Pleased that @cellularsouth replaced my wife’s dead phone (under warranty) with no hassle.

Outlook 2011(Mac) naively groups messages into conversation threads. I’m seeing ancient messages reappear just b/c the subject matches.

@patgmac I have extended family that use it on Macs. No complaints.
