@Lobstrosity Just how hey do business. Movers, termite inspector, home appraisal, apartment office, furniture rental co. all did this.

I swear if anther local business asks me to send my credit card # and security code via plaintext email I’m going to loose my mind.

Today: focus on client work. “Billable Hours” is my new middle name.

@blackfog yeah that’s part of what irks me. We had assurances that they’d pay, so we stayed here in SC. Now it’s too late to transport her.

@blackfog There’s a chance we could have gone to another state, I’m not sure. But at this point we can’t transport her… too risky.

Lots of suggestions for a GoFundMe. I’d feel really weird about doing that. Maybe I’ll consider it after we have the final bill.
