@tonyskyday I called it “toboggan” the other day and someone looked at me like I was crazy. Luckily wikipedia confirms that there are dialects of Southern American English that call it “toboggan.” So at least I’m not crazy.

*sigh* The Delta automated robot promised my mother a callback to reschedule her flight out of town. She stayed awake all night waiting for a call that never came.
