This is exactly the kind of thing I want to archive. That machine probably went out of service years ago, and the software probably doesn’t exist on any hard drive anywhere.

I’ve recorded countless hours of phone conversations with 4 different health insurance companies over the past year. Maybe the Library of Congress will want them a few decades from now. A glimpse into the insane state of US healthcare in the early 2000s.
